Services Fees

Marriage and Relationship Ceremonies   For usual ceremonies conducted in the Blue Mountains my fee is $500. Weddings outside of the Blue Mountains:  are charged at $600 (including travel). In other areas travel is calculated at $50 per hour or part thereof beyond the Blue Mountains Local Government Area. Requirements for overnight accommodation are negotiated.

Occasionally arranging your ceremony may involve additional services, eg letters for the Department of Immigration or other entity. These are charged at a preparation fee of $50per hour.

Other Ceremonies   Fees for Naming Ceremonies and Funerals are $400. Special requirements (eg travel outside the Blue Mountains) may involve additional fees as above.

Payment

Relationship Ceremonies   Once we have agreed to proceed, which occurs at the first meeting, 50% of the agreed fee is to be paid immediately in order to secure the date and time of the ceremony. This fee is not refundable. You will be provided with an invoice at that time.

The 50% balance of the fee, plus any agreed additional costs, are payable one week prior to the wedding. By prior arrangement, a cheque can be presented at the rehearsal (in the case of a wedding). Please be advised that as a condition of my service, the ceremony cannot occur unless all fees have been paid.

Thank you for your understanding—this approach enables me to keep my fees lower for everybody.

Other Ceremonies   Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. This usually occurs close to the event. Arrangements can be made to pay on the day, prior to the ceremony.

Payment Methods

Once a booking date is agreed I will issue an invoice. I will confirm the booking immediately payment is received.
